Belinda Essey is a Certified Advanced Rolfer based in San Antonio, Texas, with over 25 years of bodywork experience. A graduate of the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado, she earned her Certified Rolfer designation in 1998 and completed advanced training through the institute in 2007. Belinda works with a diverse clientele including men, women, children, the elderly, athletes, and pregnant women, addressing concerns such as chronic pain, back and neck problems, posture, and stress.
