Her path to massage therapy began after a personal health journey that led her to discover the profound benefits of therapeutic touch firsthand. Prior to her wellness career, she worked in marine conservation and operated a small organic vegetable farm. After recovering from illness, she pursued holistic healthcare and opened Vinings Massage alongside her husband. Cara holds advanced training in oncology massage and works with clients managing cancer and chronic illness. She also specializes in prenatal and postnatal massage, and addresses anxiety, stress, and pain relief. In addition to her massage practice, she is a certified Health and Wellness Coach, helping clients navigate life with greater ease and balance.
