Casey has been working with athletes in Colorado Springs since 2011. As a former college athlete who continues to compete, she understands the importance of maintaining fitness and peak performance. She specializes in sports massage therapy, utilizing deep tissue techniques and various modalities to help athletes recover faster, prevent injuries, and optimize their physical potential. Casey holds multiple certifications including LMT, FDM, and FMS, and has provided volunteer medical support for Olympic events.
