Char is a certified massage therapist and instructor with over 30 years of experience, specializing in Craniosacral Therapy and Body-Centered Trauma Resolution. Licensed since 1991, she completed 1000-hour massage training and earned certifications in Craniosacral therapy (1994) and Somatic Trauma Resolution (2004). As a former massage instructor for 16 years, Char brings extensive knowledge to her client-centered approach.
