Christine is a board-certified structural integrator and licensed massage therapist based in Asheville, North Carolina. A lifelong movement enthusiast, she is an avid hiker, cyclist, runner, dancer, and Ashtanga yoga practitioner whose passion for understanding the body led her to the Florida School of Massage, where she completed her massage therapy training in 2016. Drawn to the myofascial approaches rooted in Ida Rolf's work, Christine pursued advanced study in structural integration with Maura Brady and later completed the full structural integration curriculum through Tom Myers' Anatomy Trains continuing education program. Through her practice, The Movement Puzzle, she helps clients reduce chronic aches and pain, restore ease of movement, and reconnect with the activities they love.
