Erin Foster is a Certified Advanced Rolfer® and Rolf Method of Structural Integration Practitioner based in Spring and Houston, Texas. A native Texan, she trained under Peter Melchior, one of Dr. Ida Rolf's earliest students, at the original Guild for Structural Integration. She holds honorary membership in both the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute and the International Association of Structural Integrators. Erin maintains a full-time private practice across two office locations — in The Woodlands/Spring area and in Houston's River Oaks district. She specializes in the traditional Rolfing 10 Series, a systematic approach to manipulating the fascia to improve whole-body structural alignment, as well as Post-10 tune-up sessions for clients who have already completed the initial series.
