Gwen Low-Ardiles is a licensed massage therapist and co-owner of Whole Being Massage in Boise, Idaho. She began her massage career in 2006 and, driven by a desire to provide deeply impactful, personalized care, eventually opened her own practice. Gwen and her husband Jason built their thriving studio from the ground up, relocating from the Bay Area and Oregon before establishing their Boise location in 2020. Her practice emphasizes holistic, customized bodywork designed to address chronic pain, stress, injury recovery, and overall well-being. Gwen is committed to continual learning and expanding therapeutic modalities to offer clients far more than a traditional massage experience.
