Heather Sky has been practicing yoga since 1986, specializing in Iyengar style Hatha Yoga with a strong focus on alignment and attention to detail. After graduating from massage school in 1992, she has received extensive training in Orthopedic Massage, Thai Massage, Somatic Movement and Craniosacral Therapy. Her practice is influenced by Tantric philosophy and she finds inspiration through meditation, nature, and dance. Her classes are individually designed to enhance health and well-being through careful sequencing, hands-on adjustments, and a focus on alignment, breath awareness and ease of movement.
