Heather Welch is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Neuromuscular Therapist, and Yoga Instructor based in Sarasota, Florida. A graduate of the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy, she holds certification in Neuromuscular Therapy and specializes in a wide range of modalities including Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Prenatal Massage, Energetic Bodywork, Traditional Thai Massage, and Active Fascial Release. She also completed her YT200 Yoga Teacher Training and a Y12SR certification with Nikki Myers. Heather is the founder of Unwind Massage and Wellness Studio, a boutique practice in historic Burns Court in downtown Sarasota, offering three treatment rooms and a dedicated yoga space. She is passionate about delivering customized, therapeutic treatments designed to support clients both on the table and in their everyday lives.
