Irene is a Seattle-based massage therapist who graduated from Discovery Point School of Massage in 2017. She specializes in helping clients connect to their bodies through intuitive, tailored bodywork. Her approach combines myofascial release, Thai massage, visceral manipulation, and mindful body awareness techniques. Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Mindful Awareness in Body-Oriented Therapy (MABT), Irene focuses on easing tension, enhancing body capacity, and facilitating deeper self-connection. She is also a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and trained in transformational breathwork.
