Jamie Szuta is a licensed massage therapist and owner of CU Massage, her own studio located in downtown Champaign, Illinois. After years of working as an independent contractor, Jamie realized her dream of creating a thoughtfully designed space where every detail is tailored to the client experience. She specializes in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy — a deep-pressure technique using ceiling-mounted bars — as well as Thai Massage and the hybrid Ashi-Thai modality. Jamie is also a certified yoga instructor (RYT200) who offers private yoga sessions, and a trained doula. Her work is rooted in a passion for wellness, compassion, and delivering meaningful results for clients recovering from injury, improving athletic performance, or practicing self-care.
