She trained at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and went on to serve as massage therapist for the University of Colorado's Sports Medicine Department. Her international studies include certification in Thai Reflexology in Thailand and a year immersed in Traditional Kerala Ayurvedic Massage in India, where she co-founded a school for Ayurvedic Massage Therapy. Back in New Jersey, she built a thriving practice with referrals from physicians and physical therapists, and served as an Integrative Medicine Practitioner at Morristown Medical Center, helping children undergoing cancer treatment manage pain and anxiety. She now brings her diverse expertise to her mountain office overlooking the Ottauquechee River.
