Jessy Kimbrell is a licensed massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and 200-hour certified yoga teacher based in Winter Park, Florida. Operating under her practice Hope Embodied, she brings a holistic, nervous system-focused approach to bodywork rooted in creativity and compassion. With over 1,000 hours of training, she draws from a wide range of modalities including Thai massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, acupressure, craniosacral therapy, and intuitive energy work.
