Johanna Landrey is a licensed massage therapist who completed her training at Cortiva Institute in 2015. She draws from her personal experience recovering from injuries attributed to her competitive and adventurous nature. Through her own healing journey, she discovered a passion for yoga, breathwork, voice training, meditation, and dancing. Since licensure, Johanna has specialized in regulating the nervous system and treating migraines, headaches, and jaw pain through Craniosacral Therapy. She also focuses on finding natural alignment through myofascial release techniques, helping clients achieve pain-free and easy movement.
