Kaitlyn Freitag is a Certified Rolfer and Licensed Manual Therapist who graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in 2019. After 10 years of studying the mind-body connection to resolve her own chronic pain, she brings curiosity and passion for self-discovery to her practice. She specializes in Rolfing structural integration to help clients reestablish alignment and live empowered, active lives. Her approach combines tissue manipulation, joint work, and movement education.
