Kaitlyn Hart, LMT, is the founder of Heart Space Massage & Bodywork in Santa Fe, New Mexico. With a background in psychology and a 900-hour massage therapy education from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, she brings a clinically grounded, trauma-aware approach to every session. Kaitlyn has built private practices in Denver, Albuquerque, and Santa Fe, collaborating with chiropractors and sports medicine professionals along the way. An avid trail runner and former competitive lifter, she connects deeply with athletic and active clients. Her training spans Thai bodywork, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial techniques, prenatal massage, fascial stretch therapy, and visceral massage, allowing her to offer highly individualized care for recovery, performance, and nervous system regulation.
