Kara (they/them) is a Licensed Massage Therapist who combines intuitive flow with injury-specific soft-tissue treatment, providing supportive massage directed toward each client's needs. Drawing from their dance background, Kara encourages fluidity and movement in a dance-like massage that increases range of motion and supports whole body connection. Certified in Pilates Mat from Synergetic Pilates, Kara offers self-care education on strengthening the body while relaxing and lengthening muscles. They specialize in injury prevention and treatment from a full body perspective, using myofascial, deep tissue, stretching, and muscle energy techniques. Cupping and hot stones are included at no extra charge.
