Karina Ek is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and certified yoga instructor based in Kalispell, MT. She brings a deeply holistic approach to bodywork and movement, drawing on her extensive background in physical therapy, yoga, and personal training. Karina holds a Certified Level II designation in the Graston Technique, specializing in scar tissue mobilization, and is trained in Muscle Energy Technique for sacroiliac alignment.
