Kristen began her healing journey teaching yoga in Colombia and furthered her education in India, Singapore, and Thailand. She's trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga yoga, Thai massage, and Ayurvedic therapies. As a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga therapist, and mindfulness coach, she combines ancient healing traditions with intuitive touch to bring calmness and healing to her clients.
