Dr. Luan Menda, DPT is a Fort Lauderdale-based Physical Therapist and Myofascial Release Specialist practicing out of Crown Center Executive Suites. She earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from FAU and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from NSU in 2011. Early in her career, she discovered the John Barnes approach to myofascial release, which became central to her practice. She offers a whole-body, individualized approach to treatment, integrating MFR with traditional physical therapy and visceral manipulation. Dr. Menda also holds certifications in Wellness and Happiness Coaching and has pursued advanced training in mind-body connection disciplines, bringing a deeply holistic perspective to each session.
