Michelle Foster is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Sound Facilitator based in Frisco, Colorado. Originally from Iowa, she graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2003, trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Sports massage. She specializes in treating mind, body and spirit for overall balance and wellness. Michelle has a strong connection to Eastern healing philosophies and has been studying Reiki since 2015.
