Mary Ann Foster, B.A., L.M.T., founded Educational Movement Systems in 1984. She specializes in somatic movement therapy, structural integration bodywork, and core stabilization exercises. A Rolf Institute graduate (1986), she combines neuromuscular patterning with hands-on guidance to help clients achieve better posture, performance, and pain relief.
