Mary Supplee is a Certified Trigger Point Therapist and the owner and founder of Hands of Healing in Jacksonville, Florida. Originally from Rochester, NY and raised in Ohio, she relocated to Florida where she pursued massage therapy after her children were grown. Guided by a professor who recognized her aptitude, Mary specialized in Trigger Point therapy and became one of a select few certified practitioners in Florida. She previously operated a successful practice in St. Petersburg for a decade before relocating to Jacksonville to be closer to family. In addition to massage, Mary expanded her expertise by becoming a Functional Nutrition Diagnostic Practitioner, allowing her to address the root causes of clients' health concerns. Her mission is to help people live pain-free through skilled, targeted bodywork.
