Mary Yardley is a licensed massage therapist based in Key West, Florida, who trained at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville. After spending several years honing her skills in a luxury spa environment, she launched her own private practice at Tranquility Spa. Mary draws from a rich set of modalities including Swedish massage, Connective Tissue Therapy, Active-Isolated Stretching, and the Biodynamic Cranial Approach — a deeply meditative, touch-based practice she has studied with instructor Giorgia Milne.
