Megan Kimmel is a certified Rolfer and massage therapist with over 20 years of experience in bodywork. She graduated from Crestone Healing Arts School in 2005 and later completed training at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute of Structural Integration. A former competitive mountain runner for 13 years, she brings deep understanding of physical stress and recovery to her practice. Megan specializes in Rolfing 10-series, integrative deep tissue massage, and myofascial release to address chronic patterns of tension and dysfunction.
