Michael Laird McIver is a Certified Advanced Rolfer based in Houston, Texas, with roughly five decades of practice in Rolfing Structural Integration. He completed his Basic Rolfing Training at the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in 1973 under instructor Emmett Hutchins, followed by Advanced Rolfing Training in 1974 under Dr. Ida P. Rolf herself. Michael has served on the Rolf Institute Board of Directors and chaired the Red River Region of the Rolf Institute. His work focuses on releasing and realigning the body's fascial network to address chronic pain, trauma, repetitive motion injuries, and postural imbalances, while also supporting wellness practices such as yoga and Pilates.
