Mira Brockelman is a Licensed Massage Therapist based in Bend, Oregon, with over two decades of hands-on experience in therapeutic bodywork. Her approach treats the body as a whole organism, integrating deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release with energy-based modalities to facilitate deep healing of body, mind, and spirit. Mira spent six years practicing in Costa Rica, where she developed particular expertise working with surfers and chronic neck and shoulder dysfunction. Her sessions are both therapeutic and deeply relaxing, drawing on a broad toolkit that includes Reiki, Shiatsu, craniosacral therapy, Gua Sha, cupping, and breathwork. She also holds a 200-hour RYT yoga certification and is a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach.
