Molly Reilly has been a massage therapist since 2015 after completing studies at the Southwest School of Massage. Born and raised in Southwest Colorado, she has lived in Durango for 15 years. Her technique focuses on medium to deep tissue massage with emphasis on trigger point and myofascial release therapy. She uses firm, slow-moving pressure to loosen and unwind the body's nervous system, allowing muscles to calm and providing deeply relaxing, intentional movement.
