Noah Richstone has been a certified Rolfer and Rolf Movement practitioner since 2013, completing his certification through the Brazilian Rolf Institute in Bali. He taught Iyengar-influenced yoga for nine years and has traveled to India five times to study. With over twenty years of experience in the physical realm, Noah combines his background in yoga, climbing instruction, and Outward Bound to help clients achieve structural balance and pain-free movement through Rolfing.
