Ofelia Sierra is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified NeuroMuscular Therapist based in Atlanta, Georgia, and the founder of The Muscle Relaxers. With a background in Botany from the University of Georgia, she has long been drawn to natural healing, complementing her massage practice with herbal medicine. She graduated from the NeuroMuscular Therapy program at Rising Spirit Institute in 2005 and has pursued extensive continuing education ever since, including advanced Thai Massage training in Chiang Mai, Thailand under world-renowned instructor Pichet Boonthome. Ofelia completed a year-long program at Botanologos School of Herbal Medicine and has taught lymphatic drainage massage at a college level. She is also a trained doula. Her work is guided by an intuitive, client-centered approach that blends multiple techniques to address each individual's unique needs.
