Paul Wirth is a Certified Advanced Rolfer® and the founder of Mosaic Bodywork, a practice dedicated to helping clients move from pain and dysfunction toward ease, alignment, and freedom. Drawing on a foundation in Structural Integration, Paul integrates craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and movement education to address deep myofascial, neuromuscular, and postural patterns. His approach is rooted in a belief that the body's capacity to heal is remarkable — and that lasting change comes from working with underlying patterns rather than managing symptoms. Paul completed his initial training at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in 2003 and earned his Advanced Rolfing certification in Tokyo in 2016. His personal experience recovering from a serious ankle injury through Structural Integration inspired his path into this work.
