Phil Panos is a Certified Rolfer™ based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with a deep commitment to helping clients achieve lasting structural change. He has been practicing Rolfing Structural Integration since 2008 and has worked with thousands of individuals pursuing a wide range of goals — from athletic performance enhancement to post-injury recovery and chronic pain relief. Phil trained under Ed Maupin PhD, one of Ida Rolf's original students, and graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® in 2016. His work focuses on releasing tension, realigning the body, and restoring its natural relationship with gravity to improve posture, range of motion, coordination, and overall quality of life.
