Sara Lyon is the founder of Glow Birth & Body, a boutique deep tissue massage practice specializing in prenatal, postnatal, and women's wellness. A graduate of the University of Michigan and Endeavour College of Natural Medicine in Melbourne, Australia, Sara holds diplomas in orthopedic massage, prenatal massage, and Shiatsu. She has been seeing clients as a massage therapist since 2005 and has trained dozens of therapists in Glow's award-winning prenatal massage technique. Beyond bodywork, Sara is a certified doula, birth educator, and published author, bringing a uniquely holistic perspective to every stage of a woman's reproductive journey.
