Sara Plagemann graduated from Seattle Massage School in 1997 after a career-ending volleyball injury led her to discover the healing power of massage. She studied under a Shiatsu master for 4 years and specializes in Japanese bodywork that focuses on fascia and circulation. Sara is dedicated to helping clients live happier, healthier, pain-free lives through specialized modalities including Deep Tissue, Injury Treatment, Pregnancy Massage, Reiki, and Hot Stone Massage. She continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing certifications, using her expertise to decrease pain and improve overall health through effective bodywork.
