Sarah Meeks is the founder of Essence Massage & Wellness, a boutique therapeutic studio in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Her path into the healing arts began during time spent in Hawaii and abroad, where she developed a deep appreciation for whole-person wellness through bodywork. She completed her professional training at the American Institute of Clinical Massage, graduating in 2007, and went on to earn national certification and licensure in Idaho. Sarah spent over six years specializing in prenatal and postpartum massage at a natural childbirth center, and later refined her skills in sports massage, deep tissue, and myofascial release within a chiropractic setting. Advanced training in La Stone Therapy and Lomi Lomi further shaped her integrative approach. In 2019, she opened her private studio to offer highly personalized, clinically grounded massage experiences in a refined, tranquil environment.
