Sonia Cappasso-Rerrie, LMT, is the owner and operator of Touch of Zen, located in St. Augustine, Florida. A graduate of Health Builders School of Massage in St. Augustine, Sonia trained in massage therapy over two decades ago before building a successful career in customer service and retail. In 2019, she returned to her true passion — natural healing and helping others — and has since been expanding her knowledge of massage modalities with a focus on pain relief and stress management. Sonia believes that massage is not a one-size-fits-all practice and takes a customized approach to address each client's unique needs. Outside of her work, she enjoys yoga and maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
