Stephanie Adams is a Licensed and Certified Massage & Lymphedema Therapist and the founder of Life Touch Massage and Lymphatic Care in Fort Myers, Florida. Trained at the Baltimore School of Massage (now the Cortiva Institute), she built her foundation in anatomy and therapeutic technique before relocating to Southwest Florida to continue serving clients. What sets Stephanie apart is her legal blindness, which she credits with sharpening her sense of touch to an extraordinary degree—allowing her to detect tension patterns, tissue changes, and subtle imbalances others may miss.
