Amy is the founder of Eunoia Massage & Wellness in Charlotte, NC, which she established in 2022 with a mission to provide therapeutic care that goes beyond simple relaxation. Her journey into massage therapy began as a collegiate swimmer, where she experienced firsthand how chronic tension and injury can impact performance and quality of life. Holding a degree in Exercise Science and advanced massage training, Amy brings a clinical understanding of anatomy and movement to every session. She specializes in Ashiatsu, deep tissue, and myofascial release techniques, and has a particular passion for working with young athletes to help them manage pain, prevent injury, and sustain peak performance.
