My mission is to help you feel better in your body by providing a sanctuary where you can slow down, escape the stresses of everyday life and listen to what your body needs. I will work with you to develop a session tailored to your unique needs using a combination of Swedish massage, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), oncology care, Sharon Wheeler's ScarWork, myofascial release and/or structural bodywork.                        10% of every session fee goes into the Red Bird Community Massage Fund, which supports my effort to make therapeutic touch more available and affordable for those who may not have regular access to massage services.
