Ryan Terry is the founder of RT OF STRETCH, a premier assisted stretch therapy practice serving the Greater Houston area, including Cypress and Katy. A former multi-year professional football player, Ryan drew on his athletic background and extensive training to develop the proprietary RT OF STRETCH method — a refined approach to assisted stretch therapy built on multiple certifications and collaboration with sports performance experts and medical professionals worldwide. His practice offers individualized and group stretch sessions performed in-home or on location, targeting over 700 muscles and connective tissues to improve flexibility, reduce pain, enhance performance, and promote overall wellness. Ryan also leads a certified stretch instructor training program to expand access to quality stretch therapy across the community.
